Bob McGaughey has been admitted to practice in Oregon since 1980 and in Washington since 1985. Bob McGaughey has been practicing law since 1980 and has long received an AV (the highest possible) rating in the national Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory for legal ability and ethical standards. In 2010, Bob was selected for inclusion on the Oregon Super Lawyers® List. Bob McGaughey is the author of the definitive book Oregon Securities Law published by the OSB Professional Liability Fund and author of the Oregon Corporate Law Handbook. His Oregon Supreme Court cases (Computer Concepts v. Brandt and Prince v. Brydon) are leading cases under Oregon Securities Law.
